The kids decided they wanted to share our tradition of roasting pumpkin seeds with all our family and friends. As many of you know, we did this when we were kids and obviously it never gets old. The funny thing is when we got done, niether Kirsten nor Derek would try them, finally they nibbled on one each. They just liked the project. So this is a step by step llustration of how to roast pumpkin seeds from your very own pumpkin on the porch.
